I just wanted to let you know I spoke with the City Square President this
morning to inquire about the garage door painting. She said she was very
pleased. Our last project "with another contractor" (painting the front doors) did not go as well as
we hoped, so the Board very much appreciated your professional team showing
up on time, following instructions, and ready to get the job done! It was a
success!

As a result of this, the Board awarded another bid to Rescom (at a slightly
higher price). Great job, thanks again!

ResCom Services to start Landscaping and Lighting services at a commerical building in Otay Mesa area Monday, April 19th.  Managed by ARK Management Company with offices in Encinitas, Newport Beach, Los Angeles, and Downtown San Diego.

Mulberry @ Bressi Ranch hired ResCom Services to perform on-going repairs and maintenance on the property at discounted rates by contracting ResCom for monthly Repairs & Maintenance contract.

Fieldstone Tristan HOA contracted ResCom to perform on-going repairs & maintenance.  Taking advantage of reduced hourly rates and multiple service contracts to save the Association considerable money.  They also have a Lighting Services contract with ResCom.
