ResCom is pleased to announce seven new contracts including four contracts for the company's Repair and Maintenance Division, two contracts for the Lighting Division, and one contract for the Landscape division.

Details are as follows:

Starling LLC (Allure Total Management)  - R & M Contract, began 3-10-09 & Lighting Contract, began 4-09

Heritage at Canyon Point (Curtis Management Co.)  -  R & M Contract, began 4-17-09 

Hillview Townhomes (Morning View Associates) - R & M Contract , began 4-17-09 

Flair Encinitas (Curtis Management Co.) Landscape Contract , began 4-20-09 

Stonegate Maintenance Group (Allure Total Management) - R & M Contract, began 4-21-09 

Presidio at La Costa Greens (Walters Management Company) - Lighting Contract, begins 5-8-09
