Mark Sutton, President and CEO of ResCom Services, Inc. today announced four more contracts for the company's Repair and Maintenance Division. The properties concerned are in Carlsbad, Vista, and La Jolla in San Diego County.

Sutton commented: "In these tough economic times, we believe property managers are looking for competitive prices, but still want to go with suppliers they can trust. We are always looking to mitigate the costs of projects and pass these savings on to customers. AMG (Vista) Shadowridge Glen HOA – Wood Replacement / Stairway Repairs / Balcony Trellis Repairs / Wrought Iron Repairs / Painting / Roof Repairs & Gutter Cleaning / Drywall Repair.

Kane Management (La Jolla) La Paz HOA - On-going property improvements – Wood Repairs / Stucco Repairs / Painting / Wrought Iron Repairs / Lighting Repairs / Drywall Repairs / Gutter Cleaning.
